My wife ordered a soup and was told the restaurant was low on soup and it would take ten to fifteen minutes. This happens sometimes but the soup was not diligently attended to by the staff and it took an additional ten to fifteen minutes before the extra soup was even placed in the kettle to cook. We eventually accepted microwaved soup when the soup was not heating quickly enough. A ten minute trip turned into a fifty minute trip and we left disappointed and upset by the poor service and experience. It seemed that there was no experienced staff or management in place.March 28, 2017
- 5 / 5By SThe absolute best Bruegger's location that I have ever visited. I have been to numerous locations, I have moved a few times and love bagels. This one obviously has a good owner. It is clean, has a friendly staff and gets you in and out quick. I wish the Apple Valley, MN location would take a few hints.January 26, 2017
